GORITTA's Campers Club Term & Conditions
- The loyalty program is open to anyone without limitations.
- The loyalty program is open for walk-in customers only.
- The loyalty program can only be used via bank transfer, credit card, debit card, and cash payment. It is not applicable for any third-party platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Google, Instagram, Facebook, Atome, ShopBack, Hoolah, or any other similar platforms.
- The loyalty program is open for product purchase only, and not for rental.
- Cashback rewards do not have an expiry date.
- Free camping tickets can only be obtained at GORITTA retail store.
- Free tent cleaning tickets can only be obtained at GORITTA retail store.
- The loyalty program does not issue a member card, but a badge will be provided to members.
- Birthday vouchers can only be redeemed at GORITTA retail store, and only on the member's birthday or T+3, T-3.
- Each badge is customized for every single customer, with the member's name engraved on the badge. Members must show their identification (e.g. IC or driving license) when visiting participating campsites.
- Each member is entitled to one badge only, with the member's name engraved on the badge.
- A member needs to accumulate a spend of RM1000 to reach Silver tier and a spend of RM5000 to reach Gold tier.
- GORITTA is not responsible in the event where campsites or tent cleaning service are fully booked.Β All arrangements are to be liaised between the member and campsite themselves.
- Members are entitled to choose one free campsite ticket from the participating campsites once they reach Silver and Gold tier respectively. In the case where a member spends RM5000 or above in a single purchase and reaches Gold tier, they will be entitled to two free campsite tickets and one free tent cleaning service.
- Each member is only entitled to two free campsite tickets and one free tent cleaning service throughout the loyalty program.
- All benefits apply to members only, and customers must register under GORITTA to become a member.
- In the case where the badge is lost or damaged, the member will bear the cost of RM30 for a replacement badge.
- GORITTA reserves the right to terminate the program or make changes to the terms and conditions of the program at any time without prior notice.
- Members are responsible for keeping their personal information up to date and accurate. GORITTA is not responsible for any loss or damages resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the member.
- Members are responsible for maintaining the security of their membership badge and account information. GORITTA is not responsible for any unauthorized use of the member's badge or account.
- Members may terminate their membership at any time by contacting GORITTA customer service. Any remaining cashback or benefits will be forfeited upon termination.
