At Goritta, we value your satisfaction and are committed to delivering quality products. As per Malaysian consumer protection guidelines, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the goods are sold, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at hello@goritta.com. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund if applicable.
