Important Information Before Purchase
1. Quality Assurance:
• All items are quality-checked before packaging to ensure they are in good condition.
2. Claims:
• Record a video or take pictures during unboxing. Claims without proof will not be accepted.
• Submit claims within 7 days of delivery with the item unused, sealed, and intact.
• For wrong color items, do not open the plastic cover. Contact us for an exchange.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items:
• Opened bottles cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Exchange
Once we have checked and confirmed the goods/products, the customer will receive their exchange within 3 weeks after the confirmation.
