⛺️ This is a heat shield table for the SOTO ST-310 and ST-340. When you place a frying pan, griddle, or mess tin on the single burner, a large amount of radiant heat is generated from the burner itself and the heat source placed on top. This heat shield table prevents that radiant heat from being transferred to the gas canister, preventing the canister from overheating and potentially exploding.
